All sales are final. Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email shopehaare@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. RAW VS VIRGIN HAIR

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair collected directly from a single donor. No dyes, perms, relaxers, or steam processing. It can be bleached, colored, and heat styled while maintaining its integrity.Virgin Hair is Human hair that has not been chemically processed, but may have been steam-processed to create a specific texture (body wave, deep wave, etc.). It can also be colored and heat styled, but may not be as durable after repeated processing.

HOW I MAINTAIN MY HAIR

To maintain the quality and longevity of your luxury bundles, wash your hair thoroughly with a clarifying or cleansing shampoo before installation. Follow with a moisturizing conditioner and gently detangle from the ends to the weft. Apply a leave-in conditioner or lightweight serum to restore moisture, and always use a heat protectant before heat styling to prevent damage.
