At Haare By Kyeren Paris, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing luxury-quality hair, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If your order does not meet your expectations, we're here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, unopened, and unaltered.

Be in the same condition as when it was received.

Be returned in its original packaging, including the original box, hair net, and all tags attached.
Items that have been opened, worn, altered, or do not include the original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
Before sending your item back, you must receive return authorization from our Customer Service team.

Clear photos of the product (top to bottom and front to back)
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your item must be shipped back within 7 business days of the approval date. Returns sent without prior authorization or outside of the approved return window may not be accepted.
